Due to the limited number of seats (teacher-student ratio depending on the classroom size), the education center will prioritize the eligibility for registration according to the order of payment. The paid reservation fee will not be refunded or allowed to be transferred to others unless the course is full or cancelled.
Applicants for the courses of this education center must pay by autopay. Once all the outstanding fees are paid and the "Direct Debit Authorization Form" is submitted, the registration fee of $1,000 will be deducted in the next tuition payment. Otherwise, the registration fee will be retained.
If you apply for courses withdrawal, you must complete an online form to notify the education center.
- For students using autopay, withdrawal will be effective from the next month if the application is received on or before the 23rd. However, if the withdrawal application is received after the 23rd, you must complete the next month's course.
- For students not using autopay, withdrawal will only be effective 30 days after the date of application. The registration fee of $1,000 will be refunded when all tuition fees are paid. Parents may also choose to use the registration fee to pay the relevant fees.
The education center reserves the rights, for administrative reasons, to arrange substitute teachers without prior notice.
Only ONE personal leave is allowed for the regular course each month. There is no limit to the number of sick leave, but a sick leave certificate must be attached. You must apply leave via Jolly Jupiter app by 23:59 of the leave date and apply for make up at least 5 hours before the class. Once the time slot is confirmed, no other arrangements can be made. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather or suspension announcement by the Education Bureau will not be made up.

Personal data collected by Jolly Jupiter Education Center will only be used for the center's communication and promotion purposes. We will not sell, lease or transfer it to any person or organization in any form. If you do not want to receive promotional materials from our center, you may email the student's name and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line showing "Opt-out of promotional materials ".
Jolly Jupiter Education Center reserves the rights of final decisions.
